What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I was a personal training manager and Master Trainer and at all the major gyms , so you will get the best trainers boss at half the price

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I usually give a free assessment and workout ,, we sit talk goals , health, and fitness level , where after I put you through a brief workout and assess the best program for you fitness level and goals !!!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was a high school, college, and professional athlete . A strength and conditioning coach for numerous high schools and professional Athletes abroad in Europe , I have managed and or worked as a trainer for Bally's Total fitness, La Fitness , and 24 hour Fitness to name just a few ,, I have had or hold numerous certifications ACE etc.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was always an athlete , and under sized in Junior high and most of high school , so I started lifting weights to get bigger and stronger !! I fell in Love with working out and I wrote my first workout program for a friend in high School , he lost 60 pounds and got his first girlfriend , ha ha , but truthfully !! I haven't stopped working out since !!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with everyone from kids , women, men, athletes, pre-op , post-op , and elderly folks

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Helped my buddies fiance lose 40 pounds before their wedding , and she loved how she looked and felt on her wedding day , she cried when she thanked me !!! Awesome feeling

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be open to new thoughts and advise , listen to your body it will tell you everything you need to know , and as you get in shape you will understand each other ( your body & you that is )much better !!!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Availability , Commitment , reasonable rates so that doesn't interfere with your expectations ?!!
